How this work runs in practice

Consulting engagements I take on tend to start with a specific question — “Is our agency worth what we are paying?” or “Why is our content not converting?” — and expand once the data is on the table. The specializations rarely stay in one lane: an analytics question often surfaces a content problem; a brand question often surfaces an agency relationship that needs restructuring.
