Listings that do not fit the standard schema
Acreage BC covers rural British Columbia property, where acreage, water rights and seasonal access decide the sale and a residential listing model has no field for any of them.
Supply and demand that describe things differently
Ask Nimble matched technical services across AI and human supply. Both sides used different vocabulary for the same work, which makes it an ontology problem before it is a software one.
Taxonomy failing before liquidity does
If the categories do not match how either side actually thinks, no amount of matching logic recovers it. The category tree is the product decision.
