How I actually run this
Every audit I deliver follows the same discipline: I pull the raw data myself, score it against documented benchmarks, and write up findings with root-cause analysis — not just a list of things that are broken. The deliverable names specific fixes, ranks them by impact, and estimates the effort required so you can make informed decisions about what to tackle first.
